Shipping & returns

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) once your order and payment are confirmed on WhatsApp. We'll message you when your order has been dispatched.

Items bought during a sale or promotion take a little longer because of the high number of orders. Please allow 5–14 business days for processing during sales and promotions.

Delivery is added to your order total when we confirm your order on WhatsApp.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping costs depend on your location, so message us on WhatsApp on with your order and location. We'll confirm the shipping cost and send you payment details.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your country. Focus Hub is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, we'll send you the tracking details on WhatsApp. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 5 days of dispatch, contact us at info@focushb.com or on WhatsApp with your name and order details, and we'll look into it.

Returns & exchanges

We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We'll refund the full order amount, minus the shipping cost of the return. Returns apply to orders delivered within Kenya only.

If your order arrives damaged, email info@focushb.com as soon as possible with your order details and a photo of the item. We handle these case by case and will do our best to reach a fair solution.

How ordering works

This website is a lookbook. Orders are placed and confirmed on WhatsApp. Your order is accepted only once we have confirmed the item, size, colour, price and delivery with you, and received your payment.

Prices and availability

Prices are in Kenya shillings and are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay. Stock shown on the site can change quickly. If an item is no longer available, or a price was shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment you've made in full.

Payment

Payment is by M-Pesa, using the details we send you on WhatsApp from . Never pay to any other number or account claiming to be Focus Hub.

Product photos and colours

We try to show every piece and colour accurately, but colours can look slightly different on your screen. Small variations in fabric and print are a normal part of how our pieces are made.

Custom prints and made-to-order pieces

When you send us artwork, a logo or a design to print, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline any design we consider offensive or unlawful. Production times for custom and made-to-order pieces are confirmed when you order.

Our content

The photos, logos, designs and text on this site belong to Focus Hub. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.

Liability and governing law

To the extent allowed by law, Focus Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
